A Year in Heckington presented by Andrew Key.

This film documents the events of Heckington over a 12 month period and will form a unique snapshot of our village.
Our trailer has been welcomed with enthusiasm by the local community who we look forward to working with.

Heckington is a village in the North Kesteven district of Lincolnshire England situated between Sleaford and Boston.
It is one of the largest villages in Lincolnshire. Heckington Village is noteable for it’s 14th-century church, the windmill and Heckington Show. Heckington Windmill is the world’s only working eight sailed windmill. Heckington’s windmill was recently regenerated with funding from a lottery grant. The mill was officially opened by Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal on October 13th 2017
The Heckington Show is held annually over the last weekend in July. In 2017 Heckington Show celebrated it’s 150th show.

Our films ‘Heckington Show and Me’ and the ‘Official Opening of Heckington Windmill’ are available from www.steveparryvideo/shop
