These are some of the most common questions we get asked about wedding video. If we don’t answer your question, please feel free to contact us at any time.
How do we make a booking?
The best way to get started is to send a message via our contact form with details of your wedding day and we’ll get back to you with the availability of your date and to arrange a time to talk about your filming requirements. We recommend booking early to ensure availability as we do receive many enquiries for the same dates in peak wedding season. A non refundable retainer of £100 will secure your date with the final balance collected 2 weeks before your wedding day.
What time do you arrive at the wedding?
We need to arrive one hour before the ceremony starts to film interior and exterior establishing shots and to capture the arrivals of the guests and wedding party.
Can we choose our own music?
Yes, you can choose your own music which we’ll use in your wedding video at the appropriate points. We’ll also supply a MCPS and PPL licence from The Performing Rights Society which fully covers the copyright on music used in your wedding video including hymns and live music recorded during your day.
What is your filming style?
Our wedding video style is documentary and filming is carried out unobtrusivly blending in with your guests.
We focus on telling the whole story of your wedding day and will capture all the events of the day as they happen in a way that is fun to watch.

Do you have any qualifications?
Your wedding day is one of the most single important days in your life and certainly not to be entrusted to an unprofessional person with a camera.
Filming emotional once in a lifetime events is one of the most challenging areas of videography work. There are no second opportunities to get it right, this is why we think it is important to hire a qualified videographer with the right training.
Our videographer has a wealth of filming experience and is a fully qualified Master Member of the Institute of Videography.
The Institute of Videography (IOV) is one of the leading bodies in the filming and editing industry.

Please rest assured with our company, you can count on having your wedding or event professionally recorded, so book us with confidence!
What are the advantages of a second videographer?
Filming with two cameras enables us to cut between shots when filming the ceremony, speeches and first dance giving the viewer an overall better viewing experience. With multicam coverage your video will typically contain more candid footage, reaction and detail shots as we’ll have more footage to explore during the editing process.
How long will my wedding video last?
Typically the Gold package wedding video runtime can be between 45 and 90 minutes depending on the length of the ceremony and speeches.
What are your wedding video packages?

How long does it take to get the finished wedding video?
We don’t rush our edits to ensure we create the best wedding video for you possible.
We advise our clients to expect delivery within a 12 week period. We can’t promise a specific date as we produce custom projects so can’t always anticipate the editing time that will be needed on each film. We film many weddings each year, and with each film taking up to 2 weeks of editing we quickly build up a backlog which may lead to additional delays in peak season. However if this is the case we’ll always let you know.
